Errinundra National Park

64 km, 1 hr to Club Terrace drive from Marlo Hideaway

Errinundra preserves the largest remaining stand of cool temperate rainforest in Victoria, along with ancient tall, wet eucalypt forest. Access is via Club Terrace, about an hour from Marlo.

What to see

  • The self-guided rainforest walk at Errinundra Saddle
  • Forest giants along the walking tracks
  • Ancient plum pine forest and the granite tors of Goonmirk Rocks
  • Views from Mount Morris, Ellery View and Ocean View Lookout

When to go

Most of the park is only accessible in the drier months. In winter, rain and snow usually make the unsealed roads impassable, so check road conditions before you set out.

Getting there

Take the Princes Highway east to Club Terrace, about an hour from Marlo, then Errinundra Road into the park. Allow a full day.
